What the Warranty Covers

Where applicable, the warranty covers the gemstone against issues that are specifically identified as covered under the product listing or warranty documentation provided with the purchase.

Natural Characteristics

Gemstones are natural materials and may contain natural inclusions, variations in color, texture, clarity, and structure. These characteristics are not considered defects.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents or improper handling

• Scratches, chips, cracks, or breakage caused after delivery

• Alteration, cutting, polishing, drilling, or modification

• Damage caused by chemicals, heat, or improper storage

• Normal wear or changes resulting from use or handling

• Loss or theft of the gemstone

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact Value Stone with your order information and photographs of the gemstone.

Our team may request additional information or ask that the gemstone be returned for inspection before determining the appropriate resolution.

Warranty Transfer

The warranty applies to the original purchaser unless otherwise stated by Value Stone.
