Once a returned product is received, Value Stone may inspect the gemstone and confirm that it meets the applicable return requirements before processing a refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method where practical and available.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available for products that have been altered, damaged, modified, or otherwise changed after delivery by the customer.
Products returned outside the applicable return period may also be ineligible.
5. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Value Stone or another circumstance covered by our return terms.
6. Refund Delays
If your refund has been approved but has not yet appeared in your account, please allow additional processing time from your payment provider or bank.
